For the final look we wanted a stronger and more dramatic Pre-Raphaelite look. Rebekah at The PopUp Salon created lots of strongly defined curls while Claire added definition to the make-up. We used both a delicate hand-made floral headpiece from The Bridal Rooms of Wellswood and a dramatic wild green foliage crown.
The incredible hand-painted cake by Emily Hankins was positioned in a gold gilded frame and surrounded by a cascade of fruit and flowers, as though escaping from the canvas.
Every detail of the table decorations drew inspiration from the still life paintings of the late 18th and early 19th century.
