I love it when a Bride and Groom really put their own individual stamp on their wedding day…..and Rachel and Luke certainly did that. They used the most fantastic mixture of colours to make their wedding bold and glamorous. With bright coral flowers in the bridesmaids hair there was a definite hint of Hawaii….which certainly bought a bit of sunshine to what was a very rainy day. Rachel and Luke decided to marry at The Berry Head Hotel in Brixham.

Rachel chose coral Freesias in her bouquet and then ran this colour theme through the bridesmaids bouquets and button-holes. It was a really fabulous and bold choice of colour to compliment the lime green bridesmaids dresses. The flowers were supplied by Susan’s Flower Shop

Rachel chose to do her own make-up on the day but her hair was done by Bliss Hair and Beauty Salon

Rachels incredible dress was a completely bespoke design by Amanda from Dizzie Lizzie Couture in Torquay. I have heard lots of wonderful things about this company who have been designing and making wedding gowns for over 25 years here in Devon.

While I was busy with the girls, my very talented 2nd Photographer, Tony Watts, was at the venue capturing some fab images of the boys getting ready.

Rachel’s Bridesmaid Amy Eftekhari is a professional singer and provided the most beautiful music for the ceremony.

The horse and carriage provided by Ben Ford Carriages was a surprise for the couple. After the ceremony they were whisked away on their own for a romantic ride around Brixham Harbour.

The venue looked amazing with the help of The Cover Cupboard who provided the room dressings.

The cake was made by one of Rachel’s Bridesmaids!

The rain had persisted for most of the day but as the wedding breakfast finished, the sun suddenly appeared and we were able to go outside and get a few group shots.

Taking the opportunity for a few pictures, we jumped in to my very glamorous van and headed to the breakwater wall at Brixham Harbour. We managed to get these images just as the sun was setting.
