Lindsey and Jason were introduced by mutual friends at a barbecue. Jason proposed on a weekend away in Dublin, a complete surprise to Lindsey! Two years later they tied the knot at The Moorland Garden Hotel in Dartmoor.
To compliment the beautiful venue they chose a shabby chic vintage style for their wedding with a teal colour theme. The simple yet elegant table decor tied in perfectly with custom made wedding favours and the retro chalkboards showing their love story.
For wedding favours, they choose packets of wildflower seeds with a personalised stamp on the front of the envelope reading ‘Let love bloom.’ “We wanted to use seeds because after the wedding, we wanted people to look into their gardens and be reminded of the beautiful day we had.”
Lindsey’s dress was a gorgeous mix of lace and buttons with a full length veil just adding to the vintage feel of the day.
“Wearing the dress felt magical and from the moment I tried it on, looked in the mirror and twirled I knew it felt right and that I had found the dress of my dreams!”
Mr & Mrs H: What an amazingly beautiful and emotional day it was! You have such a deep and wonderful connection not only with each other, but also with your families and that was such a beautiful thing to witness and a privilege to be able to document. Much love to you both. Nat x
